"Oh my goodness. We just ordered the basket for 2 takeaway .Yum Yum. Fresh, well cooked and so much food we couldn't finish it. We had fish, prawn cutlets, calamari and chips. Lemon and tartare sauce included. Well priced and friendly staff."

"One of the best burgers Ive ever had! I was starting to think I didnt like burgers but then these guys changed their recipe for the meat patties and it made me realise that Ive just been going to the wrong places. Absolutely top notch"

"We bought fish n chips for dinner there last night. We arrived very close to their closing time but was not an issue. The lovely lady (with glasses) behind the counter was happy, engaging and very friendly. She happily gave another customers son a free rainbow ice cream, despite that part of the shop being closed. We were given two free tubs of homemade tartare sauce as well as free ice-cream tastings too. The fish n chips meals were fresh, huge and delicious. We highly recommend a visit."

"Beautiful customer service going above and beyond for myself. I’ve visited a few times and the burgers always hit the spot! Fresh and affordable food by the river. Their house made slaw is refreshing and delicious too! Highly recommend a bite to eat and a swim followed by an ice cream for a perfect day!"

"We stayed at the caravan park right next door and on our last night decided to have takeaway. Opted for a works burger and chips and it did not disappoint! It's been many years since I've had such a delicious burger with nicely cooked chips. Yummy, thank you Brighton St Takeaway."
